I have seen the attached image. I can see few strands mixed with stool.
Although this type of strands are more common in formula fed baby, these can be seen in breast fed babies also.
I won't get worried if baby is otherwise active, accepting feeds well, there is no vomiting and stool is not mixed with blood.

He poops everyday sometimes once in 2/3 days. He is active. He vomits sometimes not always.

I won't get worried if baby is active, not vomiting frequently and there is no abdominal distension.
The strands in stool is common finding in babies on mixed feed.
