Question: I have seen little worms in my urine looks like a small black head otherwise clear on white on color

As mentioned earlier, you need to first visit hospital and get the diagnosis confirmed by undergoing some investigations including urine complete examination, urine culture & ultrasound KUB. Once diagnosis is confirmed then appropriate medication would be started. Infection can occur in your home area as well. Some diseases are particular to specific areas and does not occur if you don't go to particular place.
