What Do Raised Moles On Body Indicate?

Question: Hi,
I am a XXXXXXX male, and was hanging out with my friend today, and things got a little intimate and it was dark in the room. Afterwards when we were getting dressed I saw these marks on him. He let me take pictures. There were a few raised brown areas that looked like moles but were bumpier . Please tell me if this looks like genital warts or HPV. He also had large scabbed areas and other sores (see pic) He is in his 60's and has Parkinson's and takes depression meds. He denies any Stds and is hiv - Please help me, I am so scared that this is one of those

These spots are not looking like warts.
These are infact looking like post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and seborrheic keratosis, both of which are harmless conditions. You don't need to worry about these.

Hi, what about herpes , does there look like there are any of these on his pelvis in the pictures ? Also he said that the large black scabs fall off. Is this common Post-inflammatory Hyperpigmentation ?Sorry to ask again, just my penis touched this stuff it and Im scared
