What Do Recurrent Episodes Of Head Rush Indicate?

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
There can be several causes for the feeling you describe.
Blood pressure fluctuations may be one common cause of such symptoms. For that reason some blood pressure measurements are advised, perhaps a 24 hours Holter monitoring may be considered (where a device is carried throughout the day monitoring your blood pressure).
Heart issues such as arrhythmias, abnormal heart rhythm, may also manifest in such a way because they may alter blood supply to the brain, so an EKG is also advised.
Metabolic or hormonal causes need also be considered, causes such as high thyroid functio or low glucose. Some routine blood tests can be scheduled for that purpose.
If all the above results normal then anxiety may be considered as well. Actually it's perhaps the most common cause but it should be considered last, when other more serious causes have been excluded.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.

Thank you for the additional information.
It might have been useful if you had mentioned the names of the medication. There are many different blood pressure lowering drugs with different side effects.
Generally speaking blood pressure medication may cause such symptoms when it is a case of over medication, with as a result an excessive lowering of the blood pressure values.

Detailed Answer:
The medication and dosages you are under are moderate, they are unlikely to produce huge drops in blood pressure. So unless you have been noticing low values in recent measurements it is unlikely for that to be the cause. The fact it is when resting supports that as well (most commonly on standing).
Given the fact you have had multiple normal ECGs I would say that is unlikely as well.
So I would get some blood tests for thyroid function and glucose values next. An electrolyte panel is advisable among the blood tests as well, medications can alter electrolyte concentrations.
I hope to have been of help.
You're welcome.

You're welcome. Hopefully nothing will turn out, as I said often it is just an issue of anxiety.
Wishing you good health.
