Could be due to irritable bowel syndrome
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Usually, the condition resolves in a week or so. However, the frequency of passage of stool could be due to irritable bowel syndrome and not recurrent infections.
Antibiotics can disturb the normal bacterial content of the intestines that that itself can lead to diarrhea. Taking curd or yogurt can help since it contains beneficial bacteria.
Taking probiotic is another alternative (which I see you're already doing).
Try avoiding milk products (except curd), fruit juice and wheat products for a couple of weeks and see if it helps. Chances are that it would.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
