Brief Answer:
Need more data...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
I have just received the photo. I noticed the rash there.
You are saying that it is not itchy, no pain, nothing, just rash appearing and disappearing at times.
As mentioned previously:
- can you remember when does the rash appear: after sexual intercourse? after taking off latex condom? after having a hot/cold shower? after having hard sex? masturbation? Can you specify when?
- have you had a history a trauma on pelvis previously or recently?
- do you suffer of any metabolic disease: diabetes? any type of arthritis?
- any discharge from penis?
- any pain or burning while urinating?
Looking forward to have the data in!
Thank you!

Brief Answer:
Sensitive skin...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
This is your case, then, nothing worrisome. Most probably your skin is sensitive and it gets some reaction when being in contact with:
- soaps or cleansers you use
- hot water
- rubbing
This is a normal reaction. I am happy no discharge or other metabolic diseases are present.
I advise to:
- use hypoallergic soaps or shampoo
- avoid bathing with hot water;
- avoid bathing in hot bathtubes
- use soft towels
- apply skin moisturizers (containing milk extracts and vit.E) to avoid getting the skin dried
- have always safe sex. Observe if condoms are also causing this type of rash
If any other unusual symptom will occur, you can consult with your local dermatologist for further evaluations.
All the best! If no more questions, kindly close this discussion!
