Though the photo is not clear or focused. It appears to be due to fungal infection.
Please clean the area with warm water twice daily.
I would have suggested topical anti fungal cream like clotrimazole lotion and oral flucanazole 150 mg tablet weekly once which is a prescribed medication.
Check whether partner is having similar lesions or white discharge. treat her also.
You can avoid intercourse or use condoms.

yes , my partner having etching sensation from week but no white discharge, even i also have mild etching but not painnig at all. should i take oral madicine or local application is good enough
