What Do Redness On The Penis Tip And Burning Sensation During Urination Indicate?

Question: Three days of some redness at tip of penis and burning sensation when urinating. Also noted some black stain areas just below head of penis. What is this?

As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.

Most probably,it's likely to be an allergic type of reaction or an infection.
The other possibility is of a STD,if you've had multiple sexual exposure.

It's best to send a photo of the penis, in two different views.
That would make it easier to give an expert opinion.

Thank you. I will send pictures tomorrow. Tested one week ago for HIV and was negative. I did begin some new medication for high bp, maybe a reaction. Thanks again, more from me in the morning. Fwiw, I live in XXXXXXX IL. Currently 8:53pm.

I have been to my GP. Just a mild irritation, have a cream for it. The black is just an aging thing. Thanks for your help.
