
What Do Severe Pain And Numbness In The Shoulders, Fingers And Back Indicate?

Question: hello gd afternoon, I am experiencing Extreme pain from my shoulder till the tip of my fingers. Apart from pain I have numbness. Additionally, it is now is spreading to my other arm, rib cage and back. Continuous pain for 3 days. My ribs previously i have been told that I have inflammation. thank you

With what you had described here it looks to be a classic case of cervical spondylosis. Where in the disc space in the cervical spine is reduced leading to the compression of nerves coming out of that space.
I suggest you to get Xray of the cervical spine lateral and Ap view.
First of all a spine surgeon or Orthopedic surgeon has to examine the problem carefully.
