Brief Answer:
Possibility of Genital Herpes is there.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
The picture described by you (Tiny grouped vesicles following unprotected sex, turned to be tiny grouped ulcers over penis) exactly fit with a STD called as Herpes Progenitalis caused by a virus called as HERPES SIMPLEX type 2. It is not difficult to cure the same. But recurrences, without any fresh extramarital contact, are quite common to occur. Risk of transmission to your sex partners can not be ruled out. Consult your physician expert in the management of STD (Dermatovenereologist) and get well soon.
