What Do Small Red Dots On Breast Indicate?

Question: I have small red dots on my breast. I've also had them on my upper thighs, and my arms. They come and usually go away within the next day or two. They are really starting to worry me, as leukemia runs in my family and I am worried that it's a sign of it. I do not take aspirins, or blood thinners, but do take zoloft for anxiety/panic issues. I have had no fever. My blood work all came back normal which was done a year ago when I got pregnant and then again 5 months ago in the hospital when I had my child. The only abnormal part of my blood work was my iron levels which were low. Not supplementing currently for that issue. Only other skin issue I have is psorisis.
Brief Answer:
Purpura spots....
Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam ,
Well the pictures that you posted seems to contain purpura spots. Since you have a strong family history of leukemias it becomes more reason for early investigations . I would advise you to get your Complete blood count with differential done with special reference to platelets , a peripheral smear of blood.
It doesn't appear concerning at this point of time, but I would definitely push for investigations.
Take care.

So, even though I had the complete blood count with differential done with special reference to platelets done at 5 months and it was normal do I need to have it done again? Due to my family history they did this both times this year.
