Brief Answer:
Seems not a serious condition.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
That kind of accident mostly is seen after fatigue, insomnia, stress.
In rare cases, a drop in blood pressure may be the culprit also.
To prevent these episodes is necessary to rest adequately, to have sufficient sleep, a lot of fluids.
If these episodes repeat, getting evaluated about syncope or seizures is necessary.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
