Brief Answer:
Need to find cause of skin allergy

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached picture.
Your son seems to have developed urticarial skin rash .
This is basically an allergic skin rash .
It can occur in children with some infections like cough cold, abdominal infections or it can occur after intake of certain drugs like painkillers or antibiotics.
Sometimes even outside food containing artificial color or preservatives can cause such a reaction .
Since such an allergic reaction has a tendency to rapidly increase ,it is important that the cause of allergy should be found .
Your child needs to be started on some antihistamines soon ,you can give fine thing like Benadryl or hydroxyzine.
If however ,at any time you feel that the lesions are continously increasing or there is any swelling of lips or eyes or any breathing difficulties ,then you will have to see a doctor urgently .
