What Do Swollen Testicles And Rash In Groin Area After Unprotected Sex Suggest?

Question: Hi - I had unprotected sex with a woman about 7 weeks ago. I had no immediate symptoms but about 3 weeks later i had;
1. Bladder pressure
2. Slight discomfort in urethra - no pain when urinating.

During this period (the 3 weeks) I was drinking a bit and doing rec drugs to deal with the demons... More than usual.

Based on this I was given antibiotics to treat potential chlamydia. Tests came back negative for this and gonnorea.

I then developed swollen testicles / and tubes which now comes and goes.

Further to this;

My current symptoms are as follows;
1. I have recently finished (last week) a round of antibiotics for epididymitis (meaning 2 rounds in as many weeks)
2. As soon as they finished I developed what has been diagnosed as thrush in mouth. this is settling down with fungal lozenges
3. I also developed a red rash in both groins after the antibiotics with no visible blisters
4. My anus us slightly swollen but settling down with anti fungal treatment
5. Pressure in the sinus region
6. Clear penile discharge after ejaculation and urination
7. I have intermittent chills / fever and a general feeling of "fuzzziness" in the head as well as slight memory loss. Fatigue is also present.
8. I have a history of Candida issues

My question;
1. To me this sounds like Candida overgrowth but given the unprotected sex now 7 weeks ago I am concerned it is Herpes (without all the traditional symptoms)

Brief Answer:
It is not herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
I went through the history and saw the photograph you posted. I can see that your groin fold is moist and sligtly red. We call it intertrigo. It is not herpes, neither classical Herpes nor Atypical Herpes genitalis.
Keep the area dry, do not wash excessively. Clotrimazole 1% cream twice daily will help. You may also dust talcum powder over the area twice or thrice to keep the area dry and to reduce friction.
Hope this helped,
Take care.

Thanks doc so you are pretty certain its not herpes based on the explanation. Attached is from the other side but very similar ? Coupd you suggest based on all the symptoms what it might be? Candida outbreak (a bad one)?

Brief Answer:
Thoughts on clear discharge

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back.
Sperms and prostate gland secretions and constantly produced by males and some amount of clear discharge is normal. After ejaculation and on arousal the clear discharge will be more which is normal. If there is associated burning sensation while passing urine then you need to take treatment. You have already completed 2 courses of antibiotics. So there is nothing to worry.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
