What Do The Attached Doppler Ultrasound Scan Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi Dr,
My wife z pregnant with 35th week going on.
We got our US doppler done today which revieled decreased blood flow towards fetus.
PFA the same report.
I am a bit concerned about the slow growth of the fetus, as it z 2weeks behind. Please let me know what z the reason for this and what should my wife do about remediating this so we can have a healthy baby.

Blood flow is adequate and upto mark in the fetus. There is no intervention required at this stage. She can safely reach term pregnancy with this report.
