Question: Can you review my MRI from these images and advise what could be wrong?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Brief Answer:
There is tear in tibialis posterior tendon with mild surrounding fluid.

As we have discussed earlier,there is tear in tibialis posterior tendon with mild surrounding fluid.
Bones,muscles etc appears normal.
Findings need conformation by detail images.

You may need proper clinical evaluation by a orthopedician.
