Regarding your semen analysis report
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
I am Dr. kakkar (Dermatologist and Venerelogist).
I have noted your concern and I have viewed the attachment
Apart from low volume - 1.3ml (normal avg. 3.7ml) and low motility - 40% ( normal > 50%) and slightly low viability / vitality - 57% ( normal >60% should be viable) .. the rest of the parameters i.e count - 75million/ more (normal count is 20 - 150million/ ml), morphology - 25% normal and 75% abnormal (range of sperms with normal morphine is 4-14%) are pretty much normal. I suggest you to improve diet and eat healthy, exercise regularly and take nutritional supplements. Besides this you may take a Coenzyme Q10 supplement once daily for a few weeks and then repeat the sperm count after a month or two

Take a repeat test after sometime
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I think you should take a repeat semen analysis after 2-3 months. There is nothing very significantly deranged in your semen analysis. Most of the parameters are normal. Hopefully, it would turn out normal next time after a few weeks of Coenzyme Q10 and nutritional supplements and attention to diet and exercise.
