Hi
Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
Welcome to health care magic. I have gone through the details.
The three tests you have done are quite similar. They all test for antibodies to HIV 1&2 .Only the duo test measures both antibodies to HIV and antigen of HIV (P24). All the tests are negative. It implies antibodies and antigen are not detected.
You are free from HIV Antibodies and HIV antigen.
The test values depends on type of test , the method, minor observer / test variations. It is not of importance. Values below recommended values is considered Negative result .Do not worry of comparing previous and current titre values .
If the tests are done 3 months after risk exposure, then it is considered conclusive.
You can get back for any clarification with details.

Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
The values increase in HIV positive persons. It does not matter much in negative people.
CMIA and ELISA have similar sensitivity and specificity. There is not much difference between them. Both are reliable tests.

Minor variations can occur due to technical aspects.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
The values can vary due to sample variations, type of test, type of Instrument, performing, etc. These variations can occur in two different laboratories.
So some variations can occur. Negative value range is important.
So do not worry about these variations once it is negative.
You can get back for any clarification.
Thank you
