What Do The Following LFT Test Results Indicate Indicate?

Question: I had the right lobe of my liver removed on July 1.
Liver function tests last week were:
ALP 148 high
GGT 237 very high
ALT 36 ok
Others: normal

Do I HAve a problem. I'm due a liver MRI on 4 OCt

It is nearly two and half months since your liver surgery.
The liver function tests show high ALP and GGT.
These are markers of cholestasis ( slowing of bile flow).
Yes, the values are abnormal and tests should be done to know if there is cholestasis. MRI to be done on October 4th will show if there is any obstruction causing cholestasis.
