Question: Hi, I am glad you got back to me. I went to my primary care doctor but forgot the diagnosis you gave me, so she ordered X-rays on my right arm and a med which is part narcotic and part aripiprosol. I was unhappy with the drug because it gave me the sensation of dreams all the time, however the pain was less. Then the drugs ran out and they hadn't gotten back
To me about the X-rays so I called. I was told the doctor hadn't checked the X-rays yet. I am sorry this is so long. What I want her to do is X-ray my neck and left arm because it hurts now too. Also I would like you to tell me your diagnosis, since it made more sense.

Brief Answer:
My diagnosis is cervical spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. You are having a condition which is called cervical spondylitis. In this, there is nerve compression in the spine which causes pain in the whole hand. I have following suggestions for you.
1. Avoid using a very high pillow or keeping the neck in the same position for a long time like laptop work. Give some break in between.
2. Avoid traveling or any jerky movement to neck.
3. Tablet Lyrica one at night time.
4. Physiotherapy to make neck muscles strength and intermittent cervical traction exercises.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know of there is any other follow up questions.
Thanks
