Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
I had gone through your reports and I really appreciate your concern.
Mucous threads with few pus cells are suggestive of Urine infection or inflammation of urogenital tract.
High LDL is bad cholesterol which can be controlled at your age by avoidance of fatty fried food and alcohol or smoking with regular physical exercises.
Since total leucocyte count is normal so you need not to worry about high lymphocytes which might be related to subclinical infection.
In my opinion you should take plenty of fluids which will help by flushing of urogenital tract.
If you can write back to me, why did you go to the doctor and ordered these investigations ( I mean what all symptoms you are having), so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Waiting for your reply
Best wishes

Urine infection can be caused by less water intake or can be transmitted sexually if you sexually active,
Urine infection may present as burning sensation while passing urine or increased frequency of urine.
It can be treated with a course of antibiotics and lot of fluids, after confiming diagnosis by urine culture.
In my opinion you should go for further testing like urine culture to rule out the possibility of infection.
High LDL cholesterol can be managed with dietary restrictions and regular physical exercise.
You should avoid fatty fried food and smoking or alcohol consumption.
