What Do The Following Blood Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Just received some blood work that is very concerning. I am seeing GP tomorrow, but I am terrified. I have a WBC value of 12.2, lymphocyte absolute of 6.09, monocyte absolute of 0.80. Lymphocyte %50.1 and monocyte% of 6.6. Pathology did a lab smear and it states: Peripheral blood smear shows a lymphocytosis consisting predominantly of small, mature appearing lymphoid cells. Differential considerations include a reactive process versus a lymphoproliferative disorder. Is this leukemia?

Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the report. The peripheral smear is yet not a conclusive tests to determine whether it is a reactive process to some infection or a leukemia. Yes, it may turn out to be leukemia.
You require following tests (and of course a clinical examination) to verify your diagnosis
Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy and if required IHC test
A flowcytometry of the marrow blood.
Further investigations can be planned there after. And please do not worry. Even if it is leukemia, it is treatable in most of the cases.
Moreover your blood report is incomplete. Please upload your complete report so that i can have a look here
