Brief Answer:
You are most likely free from STDs.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. You are most likely free from STDs - HIV , Syphilis , hepatitis B and herpes (HSV) 1 and 2. Your HSV blood report is negative only. Nothing to worry. As your tests are negative 6 months after exposure you are free from these above mentioned STDs. You can relax now.
But if you have any other symptoms then you can run other possible bacterial STDs like chlamydia and gonorrhea. This can be tested by giving urine specimen also.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

You are most likley free from STDs as you have already one STD tests after 6 months from exposure. There is nothing to worry about STDs now.
The dots and patches can be most likely due to allergic reaction or fungal infection. If you send a pictuture of those lesions it will be more helpful.
I would suggest taking antihistamines like zyrtec and taking oral anti fungal agents like fluconazole weekly once for 1 month for this. Fluconazole is a prescription drug and given in dosage of 150mg once weekly for 1 month.
If there is no improvement then a consultation with dermatologist is well appreciated. You can visit any dermatologist in any multispeciality hospitals in XXXXXXX
