Brief Answer:
why do you need pain killers on a regular basis
Detailed Answer:
Hi welcome to health care magic,
First of all I do not know why you need pain killers on a regular basis. Do you have a Rheumatoid problem? Even if you take them, give a gap of a couple of days if possible between doses, to protect your kidneys which you are obviously worried about.
Your BUN and creatinine are well within normal range both times. A slight variation is normal and does not matter.
Your e GFR is also fine, although >90 will be better.
Please revert back so I can advise you better.

I have severe DJD in bilateral knees and shoulders plus DJD in Lumbar spine/facet joints, bilateral Sacro-Iliac Joints, Lumbar Stenois with H/O Righ HNP at L5-S1. Also have DJD in bilateral feet, ankles, and hips. Celebrex seems to work to keep things at bay. Tried Tramadol in conjunction with Celebrex.
Brief Answer:
as far as possible take local treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi as far as possible take local treatment--and regular Physiotherapy/exercises.
You can also get a TENS machine and apply locally. Use Celebrex to a minimum and continue to monitor kidney functions.
Consult your doctor on use of plain muscle relaxants at night.
Gabapentine may also help.

2. Neuropathy
- Neuropathy is good when SI joints not inflamed
3. Sleep
- sleep average about 8 hrs a night. No pain while slleeping but back very stiff when arising every am
- would Flexeril of 5-10 mg at night help?????
4. Future plan
- plan to possibly get RFA on Si Joints by Pain Management
- would be able to get of Celebrex and just use ES Tylenol
- am seeing my PCP on Wednesday
