Brief Answer:
need to look at the total white cell count

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Based on what is mentioned above , you had a complete or full blood count done.

The main parts of the full/complete blood count are the hemoglobin, platelet count and the total white cell count.

All of the other parameters in the result are used to support these three.

In terms of the white cell count, the total is the main important part , if this is abnormal then the break down is then reviewed.
Lymphocytes, monocytes , neutrophils are types of white blood cells. Your doctor would have looked at your total white cell count, if this was normal then the changes in the break down are not usually considered significant.

Typically neutrophils may go up if there is a bacterial infection , lymphocytes in a viral infection, monocytes in chronic infections or some systemic illnesses but these can vary

If you do have a high white cell count, the result may indicate that a bacterial infection may be present.
If this is the not the case, then it is likely that the changes do not indicate a serious condition, you can repeat in a few weeks if you remain concerned.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
