Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Recurrent miscarriages with increased levels of lupus anticoagulant are suggestive of antiphospholipid antibody syndrome.
In this scenario, chances of recurrent miscarriages, intrauterine growth restriction of fetus and sudden intrauterine death are increased.
In order to rectify it, the pregnant women is given injection low molecular weight heparin daily once she the cardiac activity appears in fetus on ultrasound.
So, she should consult a high risk pregnancy specialist once she conceives so that proper treatment can be given timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, ultrasound to detect fetal cardiac activity should be done at 6 weeks of gestation, and if present, then the injection should be started.
