Question: i am a female of 51 years age. In a blood est i found that Vitamin D value 14.55, vitamin B12 177, Monocytes 1.6 and absolute count 0.08, basophylls 0.2 and absolute count 0.01, Hematocrit (PCV) 47.2, MCV 111.6, RDW-SD 65.9, RDW-CV 15. What care to be taken. Please inform to my mail ID that is YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Your findings may suggests low vitamin D level.
You may take vitamin D and calcium rich food.
I advise to take one vitamin D tablet weekly for eight weeks then one tablet monthly for five months to my patients.
Expose yourself to sunlight for at least 5 mins daily.

You can also take multivitamins,green leafy vegetables for low vitamin B12 level.You can also take fish if you are non vegetarian.

Take low purine diet for mildly raised uric acid level.

You can also take iron supplementation for low iron level.

Other findings are acceptable
