Question: I done scan CT scan. For my chest what it mean?

Hi and welcome.
It is hard to say exactly since these are just 2 photos of CT scan and the first one is in bad resolution. However, as I can see there is nothing concerning,heart size if fine and there are no focal lesions which could indicate tumors. But there is a bit pronounced perihilar area on the right side and it may be normal in most cases but also it may indicate chronic bronchitis especially if you are a smoker. Everything else seems to be fine, but as I said, these photos are not relevant.
