Question: Good evening,
I had an eye exam and received the results. I intend to order a pair of spectacles online based on the results and was able to input almost all of the required info needed straight off of the report from the optometrist. I am however having some difficulty with the section labelled 'ADD' as the results do not show any value corresponding to the selection choices available.

Here is a breakdown of the results from the report:
SPHERE:- R = -0.25, L = -0.75
CYLINDER:- R = -2.00, L = -2.25
AXIS:- R = 110, L = 85
PRISM:- BLANK
VA:- R = 20/20-1, L = 20/20+1
ADD:- R = N5, L = N5

Any help regarding above information would be greatly appreciated.
One other thing. The choice of lenses had an option for progressive lenses. Not sure if I would fall in this category.

Thanking you in advance for any assistance.
