What Do The Following Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: I would like some assistance with interpreting some lab results. It appears some results are below normal, at least one is above normal, and the rest are normal. I'm trying to figure out what that might indicate.
WBC'S AUTO 7.9 x1000/mcL
RBC, AUTO 3.62 Mill/mcL
HGB 11.8 g/dL
HCT, AUTO 36.1 %
MCV 99.7 fL
MCH 32.6 pg/cell
MCHC 32.7 g/dL
RDW, BLOOD 15.3 %
PLATELETS, AUTOMATED COUNT 312 x1000/mcL
Also, my ERYTHROCYTE SEDIMENTATION RATE (ESR) was 18 mm/HR, which I believe is on the high end of normal. Does that still suggest possible inflammation?
