All reports are within normal ranges except Anti microsomal antibody(anti TPO) level which is suggestive of Hashimoto's thyroiditis which is an autoimmune disease which can lead to hypothyroidism. Please visit an endocrinologist for further assessment.

Sir right now She is suffering from pneumonia and cough and cold. Can this AMA rise in situation of lung diseases also?

AMO antibodies raised levels are not related with pneumonia. She need antibiotics foe pneumonia.
