Brief Answer:
Hydrogen peroxide and Liq povidone may suffice as advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query again.
Seen the picture.
Very good healing.
Due to the granulation tissues- the red ones that are mildly popping up, the skin approximation is taking some time.
The solutions are:
- Clean the wound with Hydrogen peroxide and Liquid Povidone Iodine.
Hydrogen peroxide may help to wipe out the popping granulation tissues allowing the skin to approximate. To not rub in at all- just apply hydrogen peroxide few times and then povidone iodine (Betadine).
I hope this helps for an early healing please do this and post the photos after a few days.
- If this fails, contact your Doctor in USA for his advise.
- Since you are in USA I am not sure whether they apply copper sulphate to granulation tissue in USA or scrape it. Let us hope this may not be needed.
- Continue taking multivitamins a day as they act as good antioxidants.
- Use doughnut pillow for sitting.
- Sitz bath after passing stool and once at night is fine.

Will heal soon.
I hope this answer helps you.
