What Do The Following Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Sir,
This is related to my daughter not able to conceive. She is 26 years with 5.4 feet height and 48 kgs weight. She is married for 2 years and 4 months now. She has been trying to conceive since last 8 months by using fertile days method and ovulation kit method. As she has not been successful, she underwent certain tests as per the advise of the doctor and all have come normal (like FSH, LH, PRL, AMH, E2 TSH, etc ). Her husband underwent seminal analysis and that is also normal.
The tests were conducted, first report on 2nd day of m.cycle ( 19/07/2016) and recent reports were on 3rd day of cycle, i.e., on 15/10/2016. Her uterus/overies scan was also done in July, 2016 and findings were normal. Her periods are normal without any problem with around 28 days cycle.
She was prescribed Clomid and she has already completed 3 cycles without any success. I attach the reports for your perusal and advise.
Her TSH level in July was 3.24 and it was read somewhere in the net that for conceiving it should be below 3, is it so, doctor ?
Kindly go through the reports and advise as to what next for her.
with regards,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
Normal Reports
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concerns about infertility.
I saw the attached reports and they seem to be fine.
TSH value below 5 need not be treated.
I consider all reports to be normal.
Next step would be to go ahead with HSG (hysterosalpingogram) to assess tubal patency.
Meanwhile her husband's semen analysis needs to be checked.
Let me know if you need anymore help.
Regards
