Answered by Dr. Deepak Sundriyal (22 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Yes it is a case of malignancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. I am sorry to say that your uncle is suffering from an advanced stage of gall bladder cancer . Although the FNAC is negative(it is possible as fna picks small amount of tissue and that can be negative ), CT scan and tumor markers provide sufficient evidence to be labelled as a case of malignancy. At this stage of disease, surgery is not possible. Chemotherapy is the only available option left.
Thanks and regards.
