What Do The Following Thyroid Profile Test Results Indicate?
Question: Have scheduled "Advanced Thyroid Profile Test" tomorrow morning. Please let me know if Thyronom 50mg can be taken before test or should be discontinued before blood sample collection.

You should not take levothyroxine tablet at the day you check the hormones.

You should not take the tablet at the day you check the thyroid hormones or you should take the blood sample 4 hours after having take levothyroxine. But the first method is more accurate.
Regarding to the results that you attached, the TSH level is high and i think that the dose needed will be higher than 50 mcg, anyway you should change it after the exams. If the TSH persists over 4 mUi/ml you should raise the dose.
