What Do The Following Ultrasound Reports Indicate?
Question: I was pregnant for 1 month and doctor did a medical abortion ,after then also according to Ultar sound scanning pelvis the endometrial thickness was 12.2mm and again doctor gave zitotec 200 for 5 days and again Ultar sound scanning pelvis scan is done today and endometrial thickness is 10.5mm . Is the problem is solved or still now there is something inside , if there is some thing what is the next step .And both the time there was written in the report that a little portion of conception is still there . I am suffering from last 20 days with these problem .
Brief answer....you must consult a doctor and get the remnant product of conception removed by surgical means.

This is very small procedure and can be done easily without getting admitted in the hospital.
Consult your doctor regarding this.
Don't try any medication for medical abortion anymore because it won't yield any success now.

What should be the normal endometrial thickness and in the process of D&C how much time should take also will it requires anesthesia .After these there will no more complicity confirmed . And thank a lot .

Normal endometrial thickness varies in different phases of monthly cycle.
D& C is basically a surgery where you scrape out the contents of uterus.
It is done generally under a very short general anesthesia and time taken for the surgery is just 15-20 minutes.
Effect of anesthesia lasts for couple of hours only.
