You are overweight and this shows in your ultrasound report which is suggestive of fatty liver.
Excess body fat is accumulating in liver and causing hepatomegaly and fatty liver.
Your post prandial blood sugar is also high. This suggest glucose intolerance (early stage of diabetes).
Your stress test is suggestive of inducible ischemia.
So better to get done
1. HbA1C level for confirmation of diabetes
2. Coronary angiography to rule out coronary artery blockage.
