Brief Answer:
These are normal pigmentation marks.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached images. These are harmless pigmentation marks on the breast and can be related with prominent breast glands due to breast feeding.
These marks will gradually reduce on their own after you stop the breast feeding. This is just a normal variation and is not worrisome.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
It is harmless.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.

Even if the pigmented area is increasing, it will gradually become less prominent once you stop the breast feeding completely. This is not a worrisome finding. Ointments or creams will not help.

Hope my answer is helpful.
