Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts and urine analysis report of your 7 months old daughter presence of trace of Albumin and pus cells detected in her urine suggests that she has UTI the cause of which has to be established.
You need to consult qualified Nephrologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests done to help to establish diagnosis
1) Urine Culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen
3) Renal function tests
4) Micturating Cysto- Urethrogram (MCU)
5) DMSA Renal Scan .
Further treatment will depend upon results of these tests an final diagnosis .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

As I am having very little knowledge on medical sciences , am unable to understand is my child is having any severe medical issue?
As far as my research on google is indicating it could be abnormality in kidney functionality. Could you please help me is this a major issue or it can be curable?
My doctor prescribed ZANOCIN-50(Ofloxacin Oral Solution) for 8 days and asked us to repeat CUE again.

You need to o these tests to establish diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
thanks for follow up
It is very difficult for any clinician to pinpoint diagnosis only on the basis of urine report.
The problem that your daughter has could be due to some of the congenital abnormalities that are known to occur which needs to be detected and confirmed by these tests to decide further line of treatment
Do not surf on Google It will confuse you rather than offering any solution .
Thanks and Regards
