What Do The Red Spots On Chest Indicate?

Question: What are these red spots on my chest? I wear and under armor to work.

Please tell some more informations.
Does it itch?
How many days it is there?
Does it wane off if you dont wear the armour?
What are the medications you hace tried??
It may be a dermatitis due to wearing the armour.
You can stop wearing it for a few days.
Apply some steroid oinment.
Take some antihistaminic tablets..
Your doctor will know the doses.

I just noticed it today . No itching at all

I think this appeared due to the armour.
Start applying ice,steroid oinment daily.
Watch for other symptoms.
Dont wear the armor constantly.
