Brief Answer:
Blood pressure reading within normal range;no treatment for the moment...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I understand your concerns.

I have gone through the readings of your blood pressure, and I find them within normal range.

Please take note that bp is oscillating depending on the activity you are doing. In your case, it is normal to get bp of up 145/100 while working and other readings.

There is no indication to start medication at this moment.

If I was your caring doctor would advise to measure your bp for 1 entire week, record the result for further evaluation. You can send all the readings for this week to me and see the changes.

Next, to decide for treatment, further cardiac tests are recommended including:
- ECG
- echocardiogram

If anything will be noted, then, can discuss for treatment.

For the moment, avoid caffeinated drinks (coffee, energetic drinks); alcohol; smoking, and high calories foods, and salt. Physical activity is also important.

All the best!
