Question: Hi there, I have had an abdominal MRI with contrast for severe abdominal pain. I would like an opinion on the findings as I don't have an appointment with an OBGYN for two months. Thanks

Brief Answer:
Findings suggests two adnexal (in pelvis )cysts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to Healthcaremagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Uploaded report shows CT scan findings(not MRI report).
Findings suggests two adnexal (in pelvis )cysts.
Right adnexal cyst measures 4.3 cm where as left measures 2.8 cm.Most likely these are simple cysts.
These ovarian cysts generally need tumor markers like CA-125 estimation and follow up.
However you may need clinical correlation also.
Surgery may be advised after evaluation.
Findings are not very serious as simple cysts are generally benign in nature.

There is also a small simple cyst in liver which is generally benign in nature and these are age related findings.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.
