VLDL CHOLESTEROL CALCULATED 26.14 mg% 5 - 40
Should I take any supplements/Medicines here?
If so could you please recommend a medicine. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No medicines needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.
I have read your report and LDL and totakl cholesterol are not slightly elevated. If you do not have a medical history of diabetes, hypertension, heart problems, etc, then you do not need medicines for this much raised cholesterol.
You should take low fat diet and avoid milk products like cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, creams, etc. You should also exercise daily for atleast 20 - 30 min a day.
Hope it helps.
