Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for uploading the report.

I went through the report.
The total bilirubin is not significantly raised.
The SGPT is only mildly raised.
The most common cause is fatty liver.
Ultrasound scan may be done to see whether you have fatty liver.

Your LDL, VLDL and post prandial blood glucose are only mildly raised.
Dietary changes and physical activity will help to bring it under control.

So need to get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done to look for fatty liver.
Also get HBsAg and Anti HCV tests done which are significant causes of raising the liver enzymes.

Dr.R.K.

Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for uploading the reports.
You are negative for both Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C.

So the mildly raised SGPT/ALT might be due to fatty liver.

As suggested earlier get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done to confirm it.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Hi,

Is it recommended to go for Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C vaccination at my age. Would it help in future.

Also, the ultrasound you have recommended, does it have to be whole abdomen?

Thanks,
