What Do These LFT Report, ESR And Hemoglobin Levels Indicate?

I had a diarrhea the day before yesterday. I had gone to local physician he examined me and prescribed some medicines and its seems to be cured today(span 1.5 days) no of bowel movement in that time was greater than 15. Also he ordered me some tests LFT, TC DC ESR. Now all the results are as folllows -
TC - Wbc - 7000, (Netro- 60%, Lympho - 37%, and rest is 1% 2%). Hameoglobin - 13.2. ESR - 1st hr 30mm/h.
Is it something to worry ?
Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern..
I've reviewed the attached investigations and let me assure you that it's all within normal range only (don't worry about those fractional changes as I've seen marked in that report, it's not significant), the ESR is a non-specific marker of acute inflammation and infection, so not to worry about that at this moment..
Good to know that the motion frequency has been reduced, no it doesn't mean that it's cured, it's still in the healing phase, so please continue all the medications including the antibiotic (you must finish the full course of antibiotic i.e. for at least 5-7 days)..
Being rainy season, please be extra cautious regarding the foods and water..
Have simple home cooked meals, drink only mineral/ U.V.R.O water..maintain good hydration to compensate the dehydration(drink 3-3.5 ltr per day for at least another 2 days then you may reduce it to 2.5 ltr per day)
Also ensure to maintain good hand hygiene with anti-bacterial hand wash every time prior and after using wash-room..
Don't worry it'll be settled down within a few more days only (but if there's any recurrence afterwards I'd advice you to go for a Stool Routine microscopy and Culture sensitivity examination prior to start any antibiotics..
Take Care
Kind Regards
