What Do These MRI Findings Indicate?
Question: 19 year old male patient had history of fall on outstretched hand on 7th Dec 2015. Leading to Right shoulder large labral tear with possible dislocation. MRI findings (7th Dec 2015) suggestive of large posterior labral tear from 5 o’clock inferiorly, extending past 12 o’clock up to 10 o’clock with small associated posterior inferior paralabral cyst.
Can we rule out the chronicity of the current ailment Right shoulder large labral tear with possible dislocation on the basis of given MRI report.
Kindly opine.
