What Do These MRI Findings Indicate?
Question: hello doctors ,can some body please tell me my problem by looking at these brain MRI reports

Hello,
I have gone through your question and Mri images and reports.
You are having history of migraine headache and for some time it has become continous.
Visual blurring or aura may occur in migraine headache too but is episodic and not constant.
Other possibility may be idiopathic intracranial hypertension which presents with headache and progressive visual loss.
The fundus examination shows papilloedema.
The management of both diseases are different.
Your Mri is normal except some slow flow in superior sagittal sinus which may be normal too.
Is there any nausea, vomiting, fever, response to pain killers, anxiety, sleep disturbances?
You should go to a neurologist for detailed examination and investigation accordingly.
You may require fundus examination and csf manometery.
For migraine you can try amitryptiline, Flunarizine, propranolol or divalproate.
Provide more details.

I have this problem since my Childhood, but it is more frequent from last four years
some times I get headache only one side and the vision is normal
some times I get both sides ,during this vision is blurred and it is not constant it is periodic and I get more frequently
is it hundred percent curable?
as per one neurologist one vein is thin and blood circulation is not proper .is it so?
if it is curable how long does it take?
