Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

A) Here your SGPT and SGOT are normal and even though they are slightly elevated (depending upon the lab variations) which would have no clinical significance in an otherwise healthy individual. I would not be personally worried about it.

SGPT and SGOT are highly sensitive liver function tests and they might get elevated even with fatty meal or mild alcohol intake. So, do not worry about it.There is no need to take medicine for that.

B) Your total serum cholesterol is normal but serum triglyceride is mildly elevated.

Here are the foods to control your cholesterol and triglyceride.

1. Avoid oily foods, especially deep fried.
2. Take lot of fiber diet, this lowers your cholesterol absorption.
3. Oilve oil is much better than coconut oil and palm oil.
4. Avoid junk and fast food like pizzas, burgers, pastas, etc

But only dietary measures won’t going to help much, Please engage in brisk walking, or cycling for at least 30 min a day but avoid heavy or strenuous exercises.

C) Diet or the choice of food is an important part of maintaining creatinine (and also urea levels in blood).

Vegetable that are to be taken includes Bottlegourd/white pumpkin, cabbage , cauliflower, green peas, potatoes, carrot, spinach, french beans, brinjal / egg plant , ladyfinger, pumpkin yellow, mushroom, fenugreek leaves, capsicum, ridge gourd.

Fruits which can be taken are apple, red grapes, cranberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cherries, pomegranate.

Take vegetables and fruits in required quantities and cooked with less oil and salt. Making it spicy should also be avoided.

Please discuss daily water and fluids intake with your treating doctor.

Hope this detailed information will help you.

Brief Answer:
Continue with antihypertensive.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the quick follow-up.

You should continue to take Losar-H with salt restricted diet as usual.

1.3 creatinine ( creatinine normal value 0.6 to 1.5) is also considered as a normal value clinically and especially if the person has normal urine output and he has no clinical symptoms.

So,no need to be worried.

However, you can repeat the test on fasting sample after 1 week and If the value goes beyond 1.5 then I would advise you to see urologist for thoroughly clinical examination. Till the time don't worry.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
No need to investigate at present

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the quick follow-up.

As I said earlier, creatinine value 1.3 is considered as normal clinically so,there is no need to investigate it further.

So,I would not advise you to repeat the test if I were your treating doctor and especially when, you are not having any clinical symptoms.

However, you can repeat the test on your own to be damn sure and to be in a safer side.

If same finding come on repeating test then it means it is completely normal.

Hope this will clear your doubt.

Regards,
