What Do These TSH, T3 And T4 Levels Indicate?
Question: Hello,
Attached with my Health Report. Please review my TSH is 1.22, T3 is 127 and T4 is 11.3
Is T4 is high? and TSH is Low ?
Am in border line of thyroid?
What would be the cause of this ?
How to Improve my TSH and T4 levels?
What food i need to take more ?

Dear XXXXXXX Hi! welcome to HCM. I m Dr. Minal, would be happy to solve ur queries.
As I can see all your reports are normal and within normal range. TSH is normal rather good. T4 is little high but then it is total T4. total T4 can be high due to high proteins, high TBG, it can be due to concomitant medicines, any other condition. so it is always suggested to go for freeT4, when ever in doubt. So please get FT4 done and if that is also out of range do let me know.

I'm doing exercise regularly and started taking Lean Muscle Protein supplement from past 1 month. Is this could be a reason?

so that is causing high total t4 .
so stay relaxed, stop excess protein intake, otherwise your thyroid balance is normal.
