Detailed Answer:
Welcome to health care magic, I share your concern and I will try to help you out in best possible way.
The test results suggest that there is derangement in TSH levels and cholesterol and triglyceride levels.. apart from these, there seems to be no other problem concerning other organs.
The issue of overweight is suggestive of increase in ldl and vldl cholesterol along with elevated triglyceride levels. which can be controlled by healthy dietary habits and regular physical exercises.Hence I recommend you to consult a dietician anf follow the advice regarding diet and go for regulsr wslk or jog for an hour, early in the morning.
Elevated TSH level alone is not sufficient to arrive at diagnosis, its better you get tested for T3 and T4 levels along with TSH for better assessment. And get back to me after test results.
I hope this helps you
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

Thanks for reply.
Based on the report, today I visited to a physician and dietician.

He comes to conclusion of hypothyroidism and dyslipidemia. Along with the dieting and exercise, he recommended to start medication and advised below medicine for 30 days.

1) Thyronorm 100 MCG TAB (In morning, empty stomach).
2) Fibator TAB (In night, before sleeping)
3) Udiliv 300 MG TAB (Once in day)
4) Evion 400 MG TAB (Once in day)
5) Corus TAB (Once in day)

I don't why, but I am feeling bit hesitated to start those medication. Can you please, comment on his advise. Is it ok to start above medication ?

Thanks,

Detailed Answer:
welcome back,
sorry for delayed reply.
lets discuss each tablet one by one..
thyronorm is nothing but thyroxine given in hypothyroidism.. which has to be taken by you as there is increase in TSH levels indicating hypothyoidism.
Fibator and Udiliv both are cholesterol reducing tablets which act through different mechanisms.. I feel you can take these tablets for few months and then discontinue as you stabilize your cholesterol levels.
Evion and Corus both are vitamin E and Folic acid supplements.. which you can avoid if you want as they can be taken through diet as well.. by eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
Hope this clarifies your doubts. Revert back to me if you have follow up queries.
